Nationwide has improved its online banking facilities
Nationwide current account holders are set to benefit from a revamped online service from their financier.
As of yesterday (September 29th), customers can now access the company's redesigned web facilities, which have been changed after research suggested that more
bank account holders now use the internet to manage their finances rather than going into their local branch.
For instance, consumers will now be able to see their statements more easily and clearly, as well as actively analyse their outgoings by using a new calendar view of any transactions made.
In addition, the lender has also made the commitment to provide improved levels of help and support from members of staff.
Richard Searle, head of channel integration at Nationwide, commented: "Our members have had access to internet banking longer than any other financial services customers and we know how important this is to them."
Last week (September 21st), the company announced it was extending its free
travel insurance offer to more of its bank account customers.
