- Flexibility to make overpayments and save interest, with no early repayment charge.
- Borrow between £50,000 and £500,000, and up to 70% of your property value. We only lend on a capital and interest basis, and on properties of standard construction.
- If you’re remortgaging, we’ll cover the standard legal and valuation fees. There’s a £199 fee for reserving the mortgage, the arrangement fee is £800 and a CHAPS fee of £30.
