GE Money is the financial services arm of General Electric (GE), a multinational technology company, worth almost $49 billion, founded by Thomas Edison in 1878 in Menlo Park, New Jersey, after his invention of the light bulb.

Today, the UK division offer a range of GE Money Credit Cards, Loans, Mortgages and Insurance products, each designed to provide an alternative service to high street banks that continually reward you for choosing GE Money.
The GE Credit Card comes with a variety of great features designed to make your life easier. With introductory periods for 0% on balance transfers and purchases, you can relax in knowing that you won't be charged the earth to use your card. What's more, once these free periods are over, the GE Credit Card offers competitive APR rates, helping you to keep costs to a minimum.

GE Credit Cards come with no annual fee and up to 56 interest free days on retail purchases. If you're not entirely satisfied with your GE credit card, you can take advantage of GE's cooling off period, by cancelling you card within 60 days, with no or interest if the balance is paid off in full within 30 days.

For a small fee you can take out payment protection on your GE Credit Card, covering you for repayments if you are unable to work due to unemployment or illness.
