It has launched two fixed rate mortgage deals in line with overall reductions in fees from the organisation.
The two-year option stands at 2.79 per cent and there is a five-year alternative at 3.69 per cent.
Each of the choices offers £250 cashback to the borrower, although a £95 fee is payable.
Yorkshire Group direct mortgage manager Chris Smith says: "The fixed rate deals are particularly attractive and have been introduced in response to demand from borrowers wanting the security of fixing the same regular monthly mortgage repayment."
Home loan customers may also be pleased to learn that offset options are available.
On June 21st the organisation revealed it was adding to its range of online fixed rate bonds by offering a one-year option that has a gross annual equivalent figure of 3.5 per cent.
