Broadband customers may be interested to note that The Carphone Warehouse has rebranded Tiscali and modified its pricing structure.
The Tiscali broadband brand is no more, it has been revealed.
Britons searching for
top broadband deals may be interested to note that from yesterday (January 7th), parent company The Carphone Warehouse has opted to decommission its Tiscali business, with all its customers transferred to TalkTalk.
Charles Dunstone, chief executive of The Carphone Warehouse, points out that "being part of TalkTalk is much more than just having a different logo on the top of your bill".
Indeed, he notes that the firm has since reviewed its pricing tariffs.
"For many of our customers this will mean a reduction in their monthly bills, others will see no change with the remainder getting a small increase," Mr Dunstone states, in an announcement that could lead consumers to
compare providers to assess whether they are making use of
broadband best deals.
Earlier this month, it was revealed XILO had extended its free broadband activation and migration offer on C&W based unbundled Pro 16 H and Pro 16 O (16Mbps) products until the end of March.
