It will take time for top broadband to be implemented across the whole country, it has been said.
People living in rural areas of the UK are likely to have to exercise some patience when taking the time to
compare savings on the
best broadband deals in the UK.
That is according to Antony Walker, chief executive of the Broadband Stakeholder Group, who has said that the pioneering nature of delivering superfast internet connections to such regions means that it may take some time before residents benefit from
top broadband.
"It's important to recognise that nobody's really done this before in terms of building out next-generation networks into challenging rural locations," he noted.
Mr Walker went on to explain that the Conservative-Liberal Democrat alliance is working hard in order to extend the availability of fast broadband to as much of the country as possible, but added that the sector is "complicated".
Meanwhile, Ian Lucas, Labour MP for Wrexham, said recently he is "trying to press the government to pull its finger out" on pilot broadband schemes, PC Pro reported.
